All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within seven days of the invoice date for Switzerland orders, and 10 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our Address within Switzerland through our online portal at www.ecofield.ch. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.ecofield.ch for both local and overseas deliveries.

The image playback is displayed on the full factory monitor and the sound is fed through the audio AUX input of your factory multimedia system. Before ordering, please check if your factory multimedia system has an audio AUX input or if it can be retrofitted.
Our smartphone interface is compatible with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto, making it a smarter and safer way to use your smartphone in your car. Everything is operated via the vehicle’s own buttons and control systems. Of course, you can also use Siri and OK Google voice control via the included microphone. Everything you want to do with your smartphone while driving can be done directly from the car’s display with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto. You can easily get directions, send and receive messages. If your car has a factory Bluetooth hands-free system, you can operate it via our smartphone integration and use it to make phone calls. While navigating, you can listen to your favorite music via Spotify, for example, or your favorite radio station via a radio app – and still concentrate on the road.
Simply connect your smartphone to the USB socket in our system and off you go.
Even more convenient, you can connect your Apple iPhone wirelessly via WiFi. Wireless Apple CarPlay® is possible from the Apple iPhone 5.
